Michelle started her short term rental journey by creating a vacation rental above her house. She quickly realized how much she loved hosting and creating an amazing guest experience which led her to create a custom tiny house short term rental shortly after. Another listing later and Michelle decided to jump head first into the short term rental world and obtain her real estate license to be able to manage vacation rentals professionally. After creating a local real estate firm’s short term rental department and building their portfolio from 2 to 22 properties in just under two years, she transitioned to working for one of the top short term rental management companies in the area as Director of Operations.

As a professional property manager, Michelle saw the need for a more personal, yet simplified experience for the owners that she works with and Resto was born to create just that!
